Hello! Today was an exciting, fun-filled day. I watched movie with 7 other kakis (friends from Second Life, a virtual world with alternate lives, whom have also become my real life friends). We watched The hulk at Great world city. e movie was ok, though not as fantastic as e 1st one. But I am glad to watch it with them. Its like a stereo surround sound, sitting with them. I am almost deaf, but I can manage. Thanks to one of e kakis, who got us a discount of tickets at $6 each, with popcorns & drinks included :-D
Saw this lovely architecture of e female toilet at Great world city. I liked the artsy design.
After that, we went in fours to Asteroid, HIGH, a LAN gaming place at Katong area, where we met other kakis, fellow SL ppl. Today marks e 1st kaki birthday bash, celebrate 1 yr of Kaki Isles, a sim, which is an SL land, currently 4 lands now at kaki, where mostly SG ppl hang out to chill, relax, party & talk awesome crap.. (includes occasional fighting with jutsus, weapons, combat systems, etc, for fun).
Oh my god.. I think there are a total of 30-35 ppl present. Lol. 1st time I saw so many in attendance. Usually, several of us met occasionally for makan, chill & chat. But tonight, it is like WOW, si beh stylo!! Its an SL-RL party, using e coms there to play SL, party & dance there with music, & at e same time mingling, chatting & eating in RL (Real life). It was absolutely way more fun than e time I sat on a roller coaster 12 times when I was in primary 6.
A kaki cake baked by Luxe, one of e Kaki Isles founder, was soo delicious. There are 7 candles, where each candle represents a Kaki Isles founder. I would have gone for a second helping of e yummy cake, but was too malu (embarrassed) to take -_- All this is made possible by them, e founders. Without them, Kaki Isles would not even exist, & e wonderful friendship we have now would not even have happened. Thank you to all of them from e bottom of my heart (U can have my stomach too if u want). & to all the friends I have made throughout my SL experience since July 2007, thank you for e magnificently beautiful friendship (SL & RL) we had shared. & special thanks for all e memorable crap we had sprouted in SL, & to those who volunteered or was forced to be my guinea pigs for my new weapons testing occasionally. Hehehe. Well, its not that unfair, I allowed u guys to attack me too. Fun right? ;D
