Met a friend for dinner at Boon Tong Kee, just beside Boon Keng mrt station. I have ate there on many occasions for e past few years. e food is deliciously superb. & its also because e nice Soup restaurant outlets are located at e airport terminal 2 and in woodlands.. so boon keng is nearer to my place. Lol.
She also gave good comments about e food. We ordered e white chicken, chicken rice, sesame pork ribs & beancurd. e beancurd is crispy on e outside.. & soft & thick on e inside.. oohh lala.. I’m actually salivating as I typed this entry.. -_- oh god.. craving again so soon.. darn.. must control. Whenever I ate at Soup restaurants or at Boon Tong kee, my sauce is usually made up of 3 ingredients. They are the ginger, chili & black sauce, as shown below. Relatives, family & this friend, have told me that it looks disgusting.. But after they taste it, or dip their chicken into it.. they automatically make e sauce e same way as me. Lol. So looks are not all that matters.. its what e inside & e quality taste counts. Oh yeah.. so far, no diarrhea for it these few years.. not to worry.
